RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All in stock wigs can be returned if unsuitable, they must be returned in the same condition as it was received and the lace must not be cut. it must be returned within 14 days of receiving the wig (no exceptions) you are responsible for paying the return fees, i recommend posting royal mail special delivery. there is a 15% restocking fee (uk only) any orders outside the uk are non refundable. this is added for hygiene reasons as all wigs will need washed and styled before resale. there is a hygiene seal on the box once this is cut the 15% restocking fee is added. however if you would  like to return and swap for a custom order the fee is not added.
