Refunds and returns policy
All in stock wigs can be returned if unsuitable. It must be returned in the same condition as it was received and the lace must not be cut. It must be returned within 14 days of receiving the wig ( no exceptions)
You are responsible for paying the return fees ( I recommend posting Royal Mail special delivery )
there is a 15% restocking fee (UK ONLY) any orders placed outside the uk are non refundable. this is added for hygiene reasons as all wigs will need to be re styled before resale.by
